Welcome to Role Play World. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, the security of your login, and all activity under your account. Use accurate account details and keep your password private.

You may not create accounts to evade bans, impersonate others, abuse referrals, spam users, or interfere with the service.

2. User content

You are responsible for the posts, comments, messages, stories, cribs, media, profile details, reports, sponsorship details, and other content you submit.

You keep ownership of your content, but you give Role Play World permission to host, store, display, process, moderate, distribute, and technically adapt it as needed to operate the service.

Public content may be visible to other users. Private-account controls, blocking, and group settings help limit visibility, but they do not guarantee that other users cannot copy, screenshot, or share content they can access.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Role Play World to:

- Harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse others.
- Post illegal, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, or harmful content.
- Upload malware, spam, scams, or deceptive content.
- Impersonate people, brands, or organizations.
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Attempt to bypass bans, moderation, rate limits, security controls, or payment systems.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Use the service for unlawful activity.

4. Moderation and enforcement

Role Play World may review, restrict, remove, hide, or block content or accounts that violate these terms, create safety risks, trigger moderation systems, or harm the community.

We may use automated tools and human review for safety, reports, spam prevention, abuse detection, and policy enforcement.

We may suspend or ban accounts, devices, or IP addresses when needed to protect the service.

5. Messages and privacy

Direct messages, group chats, and public chat are part of the service. Some direct chats may support end-to-end encryption when enabled by both users. Encryption does not remove all metadata, such as sender, recipient, timestamps, delivery status, or security records.

Do not share confidential, illegal, or harmful content through messages.

6. Payments, memberships, boosts, and sponsorships

Paid features may include memberships, post boosts, sponsorships, or similar services. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Polar, RevenueCat, Apple, or Google.

Prices, benefits, availability, and plan details may change. Paid benefits may be limited, delayed, removed, or refused if payment fails, fraud is suspected, abuse occurs, or the feature is discontinued.

Sponsorship submissions may require approval before public display. We may reject, pause, or remove sponsor content that violates policy, is misleading, or harms the service.

7. Reports and safety tools

Users may report posts, accounts, conversations, and bugs. Reports must be made honestly. Misusing reporting tools to harass others or manipulate moderation may lead to enforcement.

Blocking, private accounts, session controls, notification settings, and security tools are provided to help users manage their experience.

8. Intellectual property

Role Play World’s name, design, software, features, logos, and platform materials belong to Role Play World or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell, modify, or misuse platform materials except as allowed by law or with permission.

9. Third-party services

The service may connect to third-party tools for login, moderation, payments, push notifications, ads, hosting, analytics, media processing, or app infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Role Play World is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

10. Account deletion and content removal

You may delete your account where the feature is available. Some records may remain for security, moderation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records, backups, dispute handling, or service integrity.

Deleting content or an account may not remove copies already viewed, cached, backed up, shared, or stored by other users or third parties.

11. Service availability

Role Play World may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, abuse prevention, provider issues, or technical problems.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. Disclaimers

Role Play World is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will meet every expectation, be secure at all times, or be free of errors.

User content belongs to users, and we are not responsible for every statement, action, or interaction by users on the platform.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Role Play World is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, account loss, content loss, or disputes between users.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of Role Play World after changes means you accept the updated terms.
