This policy explains how content ownership, permissions, copyright, impersonation, reposts, fan content, and takedown requests work on Role Play World.

1. Your content

You are responsible for the content you upload, post, send, or submit to Role Play World. This includes profile details, usernames, avatars, banners, bios, posts, comments, reactions, reposts, messages, stories, cribs, sponsor content, custom badges, custom emojis, custom stickers, reports, links, images, videos, and other media.

You should only share content that you own, created yourself, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to use.

2. You keep ownership

You keep ownership of your original content. Role Play World does not claim ownership of your posts, images, videos, messages, or profile content.

By using the service, you give Role Play World permission to host, store, display, copy, process, resize, transcode, moderate, distribute, promote, and technically adapt your content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and provide the service.

3. Public content

Public posts, profile details, public chat messages, public crib content, stories, sponsor listings, and other public activity may be visible to other users.

Private-account settings, blocking, and group privacy controls can limit visibility, but users who can access content may still copy, screenshot, save, or share it outside the service.

4. Prohibited content

Do not post, upload, send, or submit content that:

- Belongs to someone else without permission.
- Violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Misuses another person’s name, image, likeness, voice, identity, brand, logo, or creative work.
- Pretends to be another person, admin, moderator, company, brand, or organization in a misleading way.
- Contains stolen art, stolen edits, stolen photos, pirated media, or unauthorized commercial material.
- Violates the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Sponsor Guidelines, or applicable law.

5. Fan content and roleplay identities

Fan content, parody, fictional roleplay, and character-inspired accounts may be allowed when they are lawful, respectful, and not misleading.

You may not use fan content or roleplay identity to impersonate a real person, deceive users, claim false official status, sell unauthorized goods, harass others, or violate someone else’s rights.

6. Reposts and sharing

Reposting or interacting with content inside Role Play World does not make you the owner of that content.

Do not remove credit, misrepresent authorship, or use another user’s content outside the service without permission unless you have a legal right to do so.

7. Sponsor and promotional content

Sponsors are responsible for making sure their submitted names, logos, images, links, claims, and promotional materials are accurate and legally permitted.

Role Play World may reject, pause, remove, or require changes to sponsor content that appears misleading, infringing, unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with community standards.

8. Moderation and removal

Role Play World may remove, restrict, hide, or disable content that appears to violate this policy or creates legal, safety, or platform risk.

We may also limit accounts that repeatedly upload infringing or misleading content.

9. Copyright and rights complaints

If you believe content on Role Play World violates your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, contact us through the available support or report channels.

Include:

- Your name and contact information.
- A description of the content you believe violates your rights.
- The URL, username, post, message, image, or other location of the content.
- A description of the rights you own or represent.
- A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized.
- Any supporting proof or context that helps us review the complaint.

10. Counter-notices and disputes

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake, you may contact support with a clear explanation and any proof that you own the content, have permission, or are legally allowed to use it.

We may restore content, keep it removed, request more information, or take other action depending on the circumstances.

11. Repeat violations

Accounts that repeatedly violate content or intellectual property rules may lose access to uploads, posting, sponsorships, custom assets, or the entire service.

Serious violations may lead to immediate suspension or permanent ban.

12. No legal advice

Role Play World cannot give legal advice about whether your content is allowed. If you are unsure whether you have the right to use something, get permission from the rights holder or seek independent legal advice.

13. Changes

We may update this policy as the service, laws, or community risks change. Continued use of Role Play World means you agree to follow the latest version.
